Professor Amihai Radzyner is a Professor of Jewish Law, Family Law, and Legal History at Bar-IlanUniversity’s Faculty of Law.

His research focuses on Talmudic Law, the history and study of Jewish law, Israeli legal history, rabbinical courts, and contemporary Halakhic family law in Israel. Since 2003, he has served as Chief Editor of “*HaDin veHaDayan*” (The Law and its Decisor), which publishes rabbinical court decisions in family matters.

His scholarship includes extensive research on the history of Israel’s Chief Rabbinate and its rabbinical courts.
