I graduated from the University of Lodz’s Faculty of Law and Administration. In January 2023, I defended my doctoral thesis, “Relations between the state and the Catholic Church in the constitutional order of the Third Polish Republic.”
Since October 2021, I have been employed as an assistant professor at the Department of Constitutional Law.
My research directly follows the considerations of my doctoral dissertation. I try to analyse “on an ongoing basis” emerging issues related to the relations between the Republic of Poland and the Catholic Church in three specific aspects: the rights that constitute an individual’s freedom of conscience and religion; the possibilities of the Catholic Church functioning as a religious association; and the contemporary shape of relations between representatives of the authorities of both communities mentioned above.
I have published in Polish and foreign journals on selected problematic issues in the field of mutual relations between the state and religious communities.
