Susan M. Yelich Biniecki, Ph.D. is a Professor of Adult Learning and Leadership in the Department of Educational Leadership at Kansas State University. Her scholarship examines how adults construct knowledge within complex local, global, and technology-mediated contexts, with particular attention to human relationships, leadership, and learning. Drawing on international experience and military education settings, her work spans adult learning theory, asset-based community development, international and continuing professional education, and military-connected learners. She is co-author of the award-winning book Organization and Administration of Adult Education Programs and has published extensively on knowledge construction, culture, and technology in adult learning environments.
