Areas of interest: general history since 1945, Holocaust Studies, the Second World War/the Holocaust and memory/historical politics, 20th-century authoritarian regimes and totalitarianism, intellectuals and politics, media/popular culture, and the history of the Middle East. He has published in journals including ‘Dzieje Najnowsze’, ‘Sensus Historiae’, ‘Studia nad Autorytaryzmem i Totalitaryzmem’, ‘Pisma Humanistyczne’, and ‘Visnyk’ of Mariupol State University.
